Bhd. was established in 2019 under Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and is licensed by the Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia, Ministry of Human Resources (JTKSM 1398). Our headquarters, The River Overseas (P.) Ltd. in Kathmandu, Nepal, was founded in 2003.
Our primary goal is to provide employment opportunities that are Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) compliant, enabling workers to contribute their sincere, loyal and dedicated skills to our esteemed clients.
We also have recruitment offices in Bangladesh, Myanmar, India and Pakistan. Our commitment to quality remains constant, and we tailor our quality-assurance processes to align seamlessly with our clients' vision.
